  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website, you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.  Please call us if you would like to organize an early check-in, and we will be happy to do this for you, if availability allows.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 8pm.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    Yes, most rooms have undercover parking.  For the 3 rooms that do not have, street parking is available close to the room.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Balonne River Motor Inn are strictly non-smoking. A $450 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is not followed. Please ask our managers upon arrival and they will direct you to the designated smoking area.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No, we do not have a restaurant.

  • Do you have room service?

    Yes, room service is available for dinner only.

  • Do you have wireless internet?

    Yes, we have free wifi for all guests.  The Wifi is excellent outside all rooms and in public areas, but is limited inside rooms due to the thick concrete walls.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    1 minute by car to the centre of St George Township.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    We are also within 1-5 minutes by car of a number of restaurants and fast food outlets.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    Yes, we offer 8 channels of Foxtel in all rooms, including sport, movies, news, and entertainment.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before, the full amount for the first cancelled night is charged, if the room cannot be resold.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking, or cash is required for the first night's accommodation.

  • Are you pet-friendly?

    Our motel is NOT pet-friendly.
